BREAKING: Uganda’s electoral body has cleared President Yoweri Museveni, 76, to extend his 34-year rule for another 5 years. In office since 1986, he changed the constitution in 2005 to abolish two-term limit and got the Supreme Court to scrap age-limit for presidency in 2019.
