I run Provenance Africa on my own, from the United Kingdom. I've followed the history of Africa and its diaspora since I was 12.
I'm a lawyer by training (LL.B, Barrister-at-Law, LL.M). I worked in litigation, maritime law and corporate compliance before moving into HR and people management (MBA, Associate CIPD). The law left me with habits I use here: going back to the primary source, setting out a dispute instead of settling it by assumption, and keeping a record when I get something wrong.
