Le Monde: Nicolas Sarkozy, former French President, is now in custody for receiving €50 million from Libya's Muammar Gaddafi to finance his 2007 campaign. Sarkozy personally engineered the 2011 Libya invasion that killed Gaddafi. Saif Al Islam, Gaddafi's son said this in 2011:
