The strength of Zambia's democracy is shown by President Hakainde Hichilema’s election victory. It is the 3rd time an opposition leader has unseated an incumbent president since 1991. Even Zambia's founding father, the late, great, Kenneth Kaunda was trounced heavily in 1991.
