The mummy of Pharaoh Ramses II was issued a passport in 1974 with occupation listed as “King (deceased)” as Egypt required anyone leaving 🇪🇬—living or dead—to have proper papers. It was also to afford them legal protections to ensure his safe return. See the passport recreation
