Guys, we're back. Here's the 1971 meeting where President Mobutu Sese Seko renamed Dem. Rep. Congo to Zaire. Even River Congo, on which the meeting was held in a steamer he named after himself, was renamed River Zaire. After Kabila overthrew him (1997) old names were restored.
