Here's Wauter "Dr Death" Basson, the all-powerful leader of Project Coast, a chemical/bio weapons programme set up by the apartheid regime to develop substances to specifically poison, sterilise or kill South Africa’s black citizens. He's still practising medicine in Cape Town.
