In 1971 apartheid SA, Portugal and Rhodesia formed "Alcora", a secret military alliance to fight African freedom fighters that fought guerrillas wars against the Portuguese in Angola/Mozambique, in Namibia, Rhodesia & SA and to face any military invasion by free African nations.
