Rwanda's Minister of ICT & Innovation, Paula Ingabire. She's just 36. She had served as Head of the ICT Business Development Department of RDB and Coordinator of the Kigali Innovation City Project. Minister Ingabire also worked as the Smart Africa Org coordinator.
