#BREAKING Following the continual protests of the people in thousands, Algeria President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has pulled out of race for a 5th term. The 82-year-old, in power since 1999, is paralyzed, basically mute rarely seen in public, but yet wanted to run again for office.
