Like Sri Lanka, like Zambia. Zambia is about to lose ZESCO, the state-owned power company to China because of default on loans. Sri Lanka had to cough out a port to China in similar circumstances. ZESCO is Zambia's largest power producer, about 80% of Zambia's electricity.
