Donald Trump has punished Rwanda for refusing second-hand U.S clothes/footwear by suspending her from duty-free privileges off the African Growth and Opportunity Act. Rwanda is not bothered. Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda had to backtrack from banning same after similar threats.
